My name is Oleksandr Pylypchak.
I have been an entrepreneur since 2006 and a lifelong athlete.
Today I am developing a project that addresses one of Ukraine's most
urgent needs: building quality sports infrastructure for team sports.
Having inherited an outdated facility from the 1970s–80s, we faced a
systemic shortage of halls and sports grounds. Demand for good venues is
rising faster than supply: new commercial programs are opening, amateur
sport is expanding, and corporate sport is growing rapidly, while public
programs cannot close the gap.
Our solution is a new‑format multisport space that combines:
- Youth training centres for children and adolescents;
- Training bases for amateur and semi‑professional teams;
- Training environments for professional athletes;
- Recreational sports and recovery services.
We have a resilient business model with predictable utilisation and clear growth strategies designed for wartime and post‑war realities.
